To ensure prompt delivery of your order, please provide a valid delivery address and daytime contact number. This allows us to reach you if any issues arise with your shipment.
Couriers require a recipient’s phone number to arrange delivery, so please make sure to include it when placing your order. Without a contact number, we can’t schedule your delivery.
Each order is packed carefully to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Orders are typically sent via Australia Post, Sendle and larger items through TNT, aiming for delivery within 3-7 days depending on your location.
While we strive to keep shipping costs fair, additional fees may apply for oversized items or deliveries to remote areas. If delivery to certain remote locations isn’t possible, items may be sent to the nearest depot for collection, especially larger or heavier orders.
